Any Gamestop/EB Games, Walmart, Target or Best Buy, and I think it's retailing for $35, bring $40 if you're in a state with sales tax. XD

I'll be in Georgia at the time. Wikipedia says there's a 4% sales tax. I have no idea what it means, but I now know it means I'd be paying about $36.40 and I say: bring it. I'm sure my best friend won't have any trouble taking me to a Gamestop or something, she's geekier than I am. *happily adds 358/2 to her US Grand Tour wishlist*

I'll give you a Tetris Effect.

Tagging on Rule 34.

I actually have two windows open right now and I'm correctly tagging pictures. It's humiliating, it's mind-numbing, and it's dignity sapping but I can't stop. There's just too many pictures that aren't tagged right.

Right now I'm going through the pictures that are of Disney films, but vast numbers of them aren't tagged 'Disney'. Same goes for a lot of Pixar films. And very few Crossovers are tagged as such when they should be.

Because what's the point of one of the most popular tags being Disney, when so many Disney pictures don't actually have that tag? Accuracy is key!

I would ask what the point of the Disney tag (and the ones for Nintendo and Marvel and DC and...) is. Who actually uses them? I can't think of just searching for Disney (Unless you were looking to browse randomly).

I used to come home, tired as hell, and flop down in front of my computer to play some Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines.

I would then finally get too tired to play and then find out I had to be at work in two hours.

I'm having the Tetris effect with, of all games...FOSSIL FIGHTERS!!!

Apparently, trying to perfect the art of cleaning your fossils so your Vivosaurs are as powerful as possible is like liquid crack almost. The only thing stopping me from playing all night is the battery life on my DS.

Currently I'm reporting doubled up images on Rule 34, because according to one of the mods they're running out of server space.

Argh! I recently got Pingus on my netbook. It's a Lemmings clone, except possibly even more addictive.

I spent fourteen hours straight playing Persona 3 today.

I stopped because I was starting to forget how to do math.

On the plus side, I finally managed to finish Plants vs. Zombies after restarting from scratch, full-size Tree of Wisdom and all.

...I miss it :<

I'm replaying Vagrant Story. I'm determined to get an ultimate Damascus weapon in every class, and a full set of Damascus Dread armor. Happily, I have a turbo controller to help with weapon leveling, and don't care about making ultimate armor—with my agility pushing 200, it's not like anybody can hit me, anyway—but I think I'll need another playthrough to manage the shield.

Combined hours spent on this project? Over 140; I maxed out the time clock on the first playthrough, so I have no idea how long I was grinding for armor and weapon drops. At least it gives me time to come up with pet theories about the backstory.

I got a perfect God rating in TWEWY and finally let it go.

Then I played Persona 3 and finished it a couple weeks ago.

Now I'm playing P3 again D:

I BEAT THE FIRST FULL MOON BOSS IN ONE HIT, GUYS.

My Tetris Effect game?

It has to be either Castlevania: Symphony of The Night, or MVP Baseball: 2004.

In the case of MVP Baseball, I can literally play about 14 games in a row before I even move from my television. As for Castlevania:SOTN, a regular session is around 6 hours.

I have Bloodlines ^_^ Got to be one of the most immersive games I've ever played.
My boyfriend figured out the most amazing glitch on it too, but it makes the game so easy I rarely play through with it.

I got the DOSbox to play Princess Maker 2 and join in the fun but I'm finding so many games from my childhood. Maniac Mansion 2: Day of the Tentacle and The Hand of Fate are the ones of the moment. And I just got the original Discworld game. Its like crack, but for 90s babies.

I am avoiding Princess Maker 2 like the plague because I KNOW it will EAT MY LIFE. Oh man, though, once I get on top of some of my schoolwork...

The only game I've ever experienced this with is what it's named after: Tetris. I've never been addicted to any game that way. Maybe it's because I'm Russian and not smart enough to keep up with more complicated games, but I have actually been unable to sleep during the night because whenever I closed my eyes I would see the Tetris board and start playing it in my head. I couldn't turn it off. For Christmas my husband bought me a handheld Tetris game he bought at a toy store. This made my obsession much worse. I carry it around in my purse and pull it out every time I have a free second. I also have Tetris on my phone, but the key pattern to turn the pieces is awkward and the screen is so small it hurts my eyes. Not that that will stop me from playing on my phone in a pinch.

I brought the game with me to visit my parents last month. My mother was very concerned. Perhaps there's some sort of addiction group I should be attending.

I finally buckled down and started in on Harvest Moon: Island Of Happiness. As always, damned addictive, even if

A) The all-stylus controls took a lot of getting used to.
B) The crop/weather system and the Fullness meter are Of The Devil.
C) The infuriating friendship mechanic caused me to pull an FAQ faster than any other HM game ever. (I was trying to figure out where to get the fishing pole. Then I had to go back to find out how to get Taro to give it up.)

Um. My eyebrows are somewhat raised over this.

That came out wrong. Me being Russian is unrelated to me not being smart enough to keep up with more complicated games. It's just important because Tetris is a Russian game and in Russia I did not grow up on Grand Theft Auto and the like. My aunt had a computer from the mid to late 1980's and Tetris was the only game she was ever able to install on it. Ironically enough her version of Tetris was probably American.

Any game with a plot line needlessly confuses me. I end up shooting the wrong people.
