Yet another athelete kills girlfriend say South African police

Which doesn't actually mean he's saying he didn't kill her, he just wants to be charged with something that carries less prison time.

The problem with the case, however, is that they have reasonable doubt as to how he killed her?

The question is: if he had his prosthetic legs on, likely it was planned; if not then it's understandable as self-defense?
