I get what you MEANT, and it was stupid nonetheless. Sure, few and small areas are active at any given time, however that does not mean they aren't all required at one point or another to live a normal life. Imagine having a knife driven through a part of the brain that is only activated when you have to find your way on a street map. Or send the 8 ball in the corner hole. Or hold your pee in.
