You know, all of that looks really cool. Too bad that the United States has neither the money nor the actual muscle to force everyone to take the government mandated health-care.

We already have crisis all over the place from obesity, to illegal immigration to people who want to use the health-care system to switch genders at will. (How cool would that be if we could do that by ourselves? Imagine the wank to be had over name changes.)

Anyway, how bouts we try to fix what we already have before we spend all of this non-existent money on shit that would turn out to be not only redundant but unwelcome as well.
