Yeah. I was talking more about "Help." I always thought 'Yellow Submarine' was just silly. But then, in 1968, I was ten and didn't understand the amount of pschotropic medications involved.

For the era it comes from, the animation is excellent. But I can see you fearing the furries.

...But part of what was fun with that movie was how it mixed 2D characters with real the 3D world, wasn't it?

Fantasic Mister Fox looks great, but also ceepy.

2012 looks like it's going to be the typical movie by the guys who made it (they were behind Independence Day, Godzilla, and The Day After Tomorrow.) Loud, overly explosive, full of science-fail and with the "subtle" hint of "Teh Authority is ebol." The CGI will be good though.

2012 looks like garbage. I hate the very concept.

They manage to kill off practically everyone with a personality. The little girl's (not a spoiler considering we all know kids live) defining trait in the whole movie is that she wets the bed. And that's it.

...but they already made Clue, and it was an awesome movie.

I feel that in the right (wrong?) hands, a Candyland movie could be made into some premium grade nightmare fuel.

I actually watched the Candyland movie they put out a few years ago on that principle. Failed at that, and thus failed at everything else possible, because a non-ironic Candyland movie...yeah, about as bad as you could imagine.

I just saw a commercial for Alvin and the Chipmunks 2.
