Since we've got two Let's Plays going on here, let's post some others we've come across.
The Terrible Secret of Animal Crossing - Ruby Quest has it's creepy moments, but this story is seriously disturbing from the get-go. You'll probably never look at Animal Crossing, or even the whole genre it belongs to, the same again.
Let's Play Final Fantasy X - An LP done by three guys who instead of singing the praises FFX got so many years ago, completely rip into it. What's funniest is the full circle of incompetency that occurs amongst them. It really must be seen to believed, though you may find yourself raging at times too. I have to say that the last encounter with Seymour is possibly one of the funniest moments out of it. "SEYMOUR, YOU'VE BEEN A BAD BOY!"
Let's Play Sonic the Hedgehog 2006 - Five guys, one of the worst games in Sonic history, and one hell of a gaming marathon. Not to mention more loading screens than you can poke a stick at. As time wears on, and the guys run out of chicken to eat, you can hear their sanity just crumbling away. By video ten you know they've completely lost it.
Let's Play Fatal Frame: The Summary - I haven't watched all of this LP, however this one summary... just this ONE summary is possibly the most hilarious thing I have ever seen regarding an LP. If you would like to watch the actual LP: Here it is
When I get around to it, I'll take a look at RetsuPurae, which is basically what people do to LPs in the same way we spork fanfics. There's a whole lot of terrible LPs out there, and quite a few people out there who like to tell people they suck at it.

I periodically go back and reread the screenshot Let's Plays of Silent Hill, Silent Hill 2, and Silent Hill 3.
I cannot tell you how hard I laughed at some of these jokes.

I love From Earth's Let's Plays of the Silent Hills.
I also recommend Let's Plat Silent Hill [BLIND], Silent Hill 2 [BLIND], and Silent Hill 3 [BLIND] by L0rdVega.
I also like his LP of American McGee's Alice.

If you've got some time to read through it, Dark Id's LP of Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus is quite good, despite the fact that the game itself was a dull, dragging nightmare.
There's also deseasedcrab's massive archive of LPs. The few that I've watched were enjoyable. (He's very, very enthusiastic.)

Ah, I remember this. I was actually watching someone else's LP of this and somehow got muddled up and ended up on his ones. It was much more enjoyable.

Ffff, you beat me to it. I just finished watching all of those recently and was all hyped to share [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Zarla's Screencap Adventures: I was hooked on these before I knew what a brand-name LP was. Aside from video games, she also does adventures of terrible yaoi movies and Pokemon movies.
Treasure Master: Designed by MTV as a contest to win $10,000, this is an adventure in schadenfreude that will warm even the darkest of hearts. Special appearance by Lowtax himself!
Ghouls and Ghosts (Feat. Wolfshirt): Again, a wonderful romp in sanity breakdown. One of my favorites.
The work of Diabeetus: Parallel Worlds is the most famous, but Captain Novolin is probably my favorite.
Kaizo Mario World: Obligatory.
PuLiRuLa: The vulva is a portal to darkest space, whence comes the elephant.
yeah I watch LPs more than I actually game lately, what of it

Boatmurdered: ASCII city-building (and subsequent descent into chaos) was never so much fun.
There's also Headshoots, another Dwarf Fortress LP, which includes a legendary champion who beats things to death with her backpack.
I'm also digging Amiyarot Akago's LPs of the Space Quest series. He's done everything up to the fifth game.

SlightlyAmiss's LP of the SNES Jurassic Park game.
He does some great accents and overall makes it bloody hilarious.

I'm sorry. My friend recommended it to me, and I loved it. I watched these when I was sick and they thought I had the flu, so the doctor put me on flu medication. I ended up hallucinating that Pyramid Head was in my mom's living room.

Pyramid Head: So, er, is you daughter home? I was hoping to rape and murder her today, if you don't mind.
Weird's Mom: Not tracking blood all over my carpet, you're not, Mister Xervexagon. Don't make me call your mother.
Pyramid Head: Oops...sorry...I'll go wipe my feet off outside. Be back in a minute Mrs. kind.

Alone in The Dark...
No, not that one, the other one... The one based on the Cthlulu Mythos. Do you remember that one? No? There's probably a reason for that!
AiTD plays kinda like a proto-Resident Evil, but with Cthlulu.
Malorie's comments (Provided in the video in subtltle form) are brilliant!
Enjoy..
And after you've enjoyed, enjoy the sequel!

Goof Troop: This two-player LP highlights everything that made this memorable puzzle game great--that is to say, fucking over the other player at every given opportunity to the point of sabotaging goals even though it's a co-op game. If you did not play this game with your sibling with the goal of giving them severe cranial hemorrhages with every barrel you found, then why the fuck did you play it?

This Let's Play of Mercenaries 2 is pretty damn hilarious. The game itself is rather generic, but the British-Lithuanian duo doing the cooperative play-through is hilarious.

Anything by Voidburger is automatically awesome. She's finishing up her Silent Hill 1 thread and is going to do Shattered Memories fairly soon, once she quits dicking around.

My favourite retsupurae has to be Cornshaq, Baby. DON'T YOU EVEN TRIP SON. Also, the retsupurae of SirRonLionheart, as much as I like the guy, has me laughing whenever they impersonate him OH I HAVE A LETTER IN MY MOUTH FOR YOU THANK YOU AWRIIITE
And then of course there's ChipCheezum's retsupurae of this awful Pokemon Yellow LP. Who is a Pokemon in this crazy world!?
As for serious Let's Plays, I recommend Cyraptor for anybody who enjoys the DooM series. It starts off with plenty of information regarding the series and its creators in his earlier levels, and turns to raging at shitty level design and making fun of other Let's Players and the Game forum as a whole as he plays through the series for over a year, pretty much non-stop. He plays both Doom 2 [including a run through the Doom 2 Master Levels and a bunch of silly pwads] and a shitty PC 'restoration' of Doom 64, which has needless additional monsters and palette swaps, and totally messes up some aspects of the original game; this includes totally breaking the Pain Elementals, so they spew endless Lost Souls even when they're not in sight of the player, thus filling the map with eventual death whenever a few of them are around. You can literally hear his sanity eroding as he pushes on through the later, oh so broken levels of Doom 64.
Everything by ProtonJon is awesome. All his Mario ROMhack LPs [which he's cancelled :<] are epic, especially his Kaizo Special World 2 run through and playthrough of Mario's Wacky World.

I cannot tell you how hard I laughed at some of these jokes.
I also really love Voidburger's Silent Hill Origins LP. Great jokes, and the music and costumes absolutely make it. The Butcher bossfight bonus video is especially worth watching, because it is hilarious.
Part One: In which a starship explodes, a wedding is called off, and our heroes fight a dinosaur with a giant robot.
Part Three: In which our heroes fall down a hole, learn that Darwinism is a cover-up by the church, and then fight a giant robot with a giant robot.
Part Four: In which our heroes are bullied into saving the princess pope.
Part Nine: In which our heroes are sentenced to D Block, and half of the audience stopped playing the game. Oh, they meant to pick it up again someday, but they just... never got around to it.
Part Thirteen: In which our heroes help get someone arrested, and then are immediately put back to work springing him from the joint. WHY NOT, WE ARE ALL STILL IN D BLOCK ANYWAY
Part Nineteen: In which our heroes run around the Vatican for a while, and we get distracted by shoes.
Part Twenty-four: In which our heroes go to Babel Tower, and what little of the audience managed to make it through D Block stopped playing the game. And they were right.
Part Thirty-three: In which our heroes get naked! That should get some search engine traffic.
And from the first part, to get a flavor of the narration:
Quote :
Hey, everybody! Who wants to play Xenogears?
If you're under twenty-five, odds are: not you. Because it is totally not on the PSN yet and it costs like $50 on eBay! Also it doesn't play so well on anything that is not a fourteen year old PlayStation! Well, kids, thank god for the internet. It really brings out the old people with too much time on their hands.
So let's just sit back and pretend this is Xenosaga for a few minutes.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] We're under attack!!
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] What? Who's attacking us?
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Checking sensors... It's God, sir.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] God? ...That's what the sensors say?
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Yes, sir. The readings are quoting Genesis. A lot.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] I guess it could be the Borg. They usually stick to the NT, though.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] No, you're right, definitely God. Computer, set the ship to self-destruct!
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] In a Square RPG, if you meet Yahweh on the road, you kill that son of a bitch.
The ship is destroyed and the remains crash on a convenient nearby planet. A naked lady emerges from the wreckage!
This may be explained sixty hours from now, but it will never actually make sense without or even with the three hundred page supplementary texts. Welcome to Xenogears.
I happen to love Xenogears, but I adore this snark of it.
