If they're on a dynamic IP it should at least show whether they're using the same ISP or not.

No worries, IPs are sorta weird anyway.

The IP that you're looking at that repeatedly changes is a dynamic IP. They're assigned to you every time you connect to the internet and changes each time. The second is a static IP, which does not change and are rarely given out.

Even with a dynamic IP, you can pop it into an IP search and it'll tell you where the person is posting from. That'll at least give us a clue.
