I don't know. He had plenty of strident self-importance, but Chavez never really had the all-out nuttiness of the truly interesting crazy dictators, like the Kims at their best or Turkmenbashi. Being virulently anti-U.S. isn't really enough to qualify for "cray-cray" status.

Now: OH GAWD WHY? He was the only fucking thing that made listening to Madden's fucking idiotic mouth noise bearable. If it weren't for him, I would have watched every football game on mute.

Also, how does Madden outlive Summerall? Madden's blood is 80% mayonnaise at this point.
