Ron and Hermione, she reportedly goes on, would have needed counselling to sustain a relationship the best-selling author describes "as a form of wish fulfilment" on her part.

I don't know why Rowling has done this. Maybe to ease up on the amount of hate mail, or something. Personally, I don't see why Hermione had to team up with one of her schoolfriends. The idea that the woman has to end up as the prize of a guy is so boring.

Actually, why does one of them even have to be a prize anyway? Can't two characters fall in love without one of them being a prize to the other? Maybe they're both prizes...maybe they both won each other, in their eyes.

Personally I don't see why a book that's now about 10 years old is so important that it's newsworthy material anyway. But then, I'm not a Potter fan.

And really, Hiddleston? Like all actors he's an attention seeker, but I've never seen him on the front of a chat mag and he's not filling the tabloids with whom he's slept with or what diet he's on. And, having seen him live, (on a cinema screen), as Coriolanus, via National Theatre Live, bloody hell, the man can act! Mesmerising performance.
