If it's done correctly there's really no starvation. Previously there would have been, but now there's not. When she first started, she was amazed at how much food she should be eating. I tend to mean "fat" as anyone who isn't athletic or Auschwitzmode. The only advantages being "rail thin" has over being fat is less heart disease and the ability to fit in an airplane seat. You're still weak, slow, and fragile.

I'm an athlete. I tend to hang out with at least minimally athletic people. If you weak, slow, pudgy fools had good habits from the get go (habits the Tubby Tammy Two Ton in the OP obviously lacks as well), you'd all have some marginal amount of athleticism as well (barring crippling injuries, at least).

All I seem most fat people do is whine and bitch and moan, and not just about being physically unappealing to everyone who isn't mentally ill. The whiners are always skinnyfat, chubbyfat, or Landwhales. Actual athletes are either too busy maintaining/improving their physical ability or too tired from doing so to complain about "Fatcism" or how people who are more useful to society get paid more or how someone offending their virgin, bible humping ears.
