I really want to know how this all fits together! I mean, what about the mystery illnesses these crystals are supposed to be fixing? Why crystals? Why Twilight sparkle as a nurse? Why not fantasize about crystals that fix a symptom of a problem your friend has instead of visualizing it as a side effect of some mystery magic crystal cure?
