Bad... but not something worth making a huge media shitstorm about.
I mean, hell, it's not like they could have a recall.

If there's one thing the media really loves, it's blowing things out of proportion.

And while this is a very big deal, I have no doubt they'll find a way to blow it out of proportion.

One kidney in 25 years? That's not a reason to put people off donating and recieving donations even more. But it is a reason for somebody to get sued.
