This is an old case, but the video was just made public. Quanell X got a copy before a judge stopped the release and he gave it to the Investigative Reporter at the ABC affilate. Good ole Hurricane Wayne. Well, that's only during Hurricane season. Wayne Dolcefino.

Braigwen, I'm in Huntsville and see the same thing. My dad can't stand either one. They do have a tendency at times to shoot their mouths off over stupid things, but this time, these officers did wrong.
There was a case here a couple of years ago, routine traffic stop that ended with the driver dying of a cocaine overdose. He tried to eat it so the cops wouldn't find it. This happened right by the city services offices. Cops, amubulance, everything, right there, and within a mile of the sherrif's department and right by DPS. This man's uncle came by and told him to spit it out.
Oh, people had a fit, blamed the cops, QuannellX came to town.
Cops did everything they could. Guy was just an idiot.
We'd had a run-in with him not long before that. The landlord was out of town and my parents were in charge of showing the places for rent while they were gone. This guy and his girlfriend came out, looked at the house, wrote a check for the rent and were moving in when the check bounced. By this time the land lord came back. He had to call the sherrif's department and the Justice of the Peace to evict them. My mom was worried that she would get in trouble for approving them, but the land lord assured her it wasn't her fault. We've been with them ten years now so they trust us.
Anyway, idiots everywhere.
