Mentally impaired woman tortured sexually for seven years

Instead, they gave her marijuana and Ecstasy, sexually abused her, and Bagley had her sign a lifetime sex-slave contract when she turned 18, according to the indictment.

Prosecutors claim Bagley marked FV with a bar code on the girl's neck, a tribal tattoo with an S for slavery on her back and the Chinese symbol for slave on her ankle.

The indictment alleges that Bagley also pierced and sewed FV's vaginal opening and breasts with metal piercings and needles; whipped her body, breasts, genitalia and anus with paddles, canes and floggers; tied her up naked, suspended her in the air and stretched her limbs in opposite directions; shocked her with electrical devices; tied and nailed her labia and nipples to slabs of wood; inserted a catheter into her urethra and clamped the cord to prevent urination for extended periods of time; bound and tied her naked to a wooden pony with an appendage inserted into her vagina or anus; strapped her down for hours at a time on a homemade device consisting of a plastic toolbox with a motor and a piston inside connected to a metal arm with a dildo attached; tied ball gags and leather hoods over her mouth, which interfered with her ability to see, speak and breathe; locked and handcuffed her naked in a dog cage, often suspending the cage in the air or attaching her sex organs to electrical devices while she was trapped in the cage; inserted a plug into her anus which he used to electrocute her and force water into her rectum; suffocated her to unconsciousness with ropes and plastic bags; waterboarded her; and performed abortions on her, using speculums, vacuums and clothes hangers to end pregnancies.

Oh god, this is horrifying.

I mean, these guys are very reminiscent of this fine fellow. Granted, they didn't kill her... they just tortured her on and on and ON for seven fucking years.

If that young woman still has living relatives, they should be allowed to go at these guys with various instruments and techniques of sexual torture. It'd be only fair - especially since it sounds like there's not a shred of a doubt that they did this.

That part of it only makes me wonder whether those fine examples of humanity thought that a drugged-up, mentally impaired minor's "consent" actually meant anything (always speaking she said something that could be constituted as "yes").

This is the most appalling thing I've heard this year.

They tortured the woman so badly that she suffered cardiac arrest when she was 23.

I hope these men are raped in prison until they die.

I doubt it; I think that the 'form' they got her to sign was probably more so that they could waive it in her face, if she even ever dared to try to defy them, and tell her that she'd agreed to everything they were doing to her so she'd better shut up about it. Depending on how mentally disabled she is, or even just how her physical condition was (her diet and nutrition not being so hot, I'd imagine), she could have been brainwashed into believing them.

But seriously, this is probably the worst news story I've heard in a long time (of the "atrocious crimes" variety). Hell, this is fucking horror movie worthy. One thing I find odd about this story, is that the paper you quoted actually went into all the gorey details. I would kind of feel violated if I was this woman. It's bad enough this happened to her, the paper doesn't have to tell the world every little thing that went on.

Or at least, that's just my knee-jerk opinion. It's probably going to change after I've thought about it some more.
