I'm afraid I must protest at the inaccurate reporting of this story! As you can see, the sign does not read "No Negroes Allowed". As you can clearly see:

If we are going to mock and deride this man, let us not do so simply because he is an idiot, or a racist, or narrow-minded, or attention seeking, but for being a racist, narrow-minded, attention-seeking idiot who can't use apostrophes.

Anyway, aside from the depressing initial impression of this story, I can't help but laugh at some of the quotes and nuggets of info this reporter has decided to include. For example, as Asylum noted:

I am completely convinced that this is a legal technicality that has simply not been tested in law since the creation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Something that that same lawyer notes:

I think I speak for a lot of people's feelings about the ban when I say: LOLWUT?

If the guy's going to this much trouble to be a bigoted dumbass, couldn't he at least take 10 minutes and do the sign on his computer?

I mean, you have to at least try to separate yourself from the rest of the morons or we're simply not going to pay attention.

What about hispanics? Jews? Rosecrucians?

If he's opening a strip club and he's already banned black people (and is that ALL black people, or just black men), he couldn't ban white females, since that's probably all he'll have performing in his club.

Lady Anne, since you and I are white females; we could get up a group, go there and cause trouble, and see if we could get him to ban white women. Then he wouldn't be able to hire anyone to strip there, and he'd go out of business, and it would serve him right, the racist git.

Apparently he hasn't figured out since he arrived by time machine from 1952 that no one use the term Negro anymore. His sign won't keep some folks away since they likely don't know they're Negroes.
