I misread it as Phil Donahue, and wondered when he'd gotten involved in religion.

As for the Empire State Building-Mother Teresa was a very humble woman who didn't like people making a fuss over her. I imagine lighting up the building in her honor would've embarased her more than pleased her, though I'm sure Bill Donohue would've been preening like a peacock.

Actually, plenty of people use "dildo" and "vibrator" interchangably. So while it's may not be correct, it's a shared faux pas.

On the subject at hand: this just uncomfortably reminds me of Joycelyn Elders getting chased out of the Surgeon General post for daring to suggest that masturbation should be taught as part of comprehensive sex ed. You could argue that they are in no way encouraging sex - they are encouraging masturbation, which is victimless and has no age restriction.

No, I get it, and in theory I agree. Maybe it's because you could use a dildo, vibe, etc., with a partner as well, and that's why they're restricted? Don't know.
