No. For instance, the two year old could've figured out how to use the cigarette lighter and burned the apartment building down.

What we're looking at here, folks, are two monumentally stupid people. I vote we give their remaining kids to the mentally handicapped woman in Scotland and her boyfriend. Something tells me they'd likely make better parents than these two.

Also, not wanting to go into gory details, but I would think there would be a noticable difference between a body that had been STOMPED to death and one that had been beaten with a broom.
