The backgrounds still have the URLs of the websites they were lifted from plainly visible. But worst of all is what this twit did to my Sindarin phrase book. Must... control... fist of death...

Is there any way you could get hold of whoever hosts their site and tell them they've plagarised material that belongs to you? Most host companies have rules against that sort of thing.
