So far as I can figure out, same-sex couples still can't marry in California, but this is a step in the right direction.

Of course it's unconstitutional you big sillies. OF COURSE

You mean all that money the homophobes spent to get the Prop 8 voted in may well have been wasted? Hah hah!

In other news: my home state is fixing to come in 7th place on the whole gay marriage thing.
