Wait a minute. The teacher apparently assumes that all Muslims are related to each other? Even if the girl had the same last name (which I doubt she did), why would she assume Bin Ladin was her uncle?

In order to be a teacher in the US, it is a requirement to be financially deranged. Especially since half the politicians thinks the solution to the failing schools is "take money out of the system".

I'll admit that when a security guard told me about the incident, I loled. That was a perfect comeback.

With a little more training, I think that kid might have a future in MMA.

As for the bully, I see a lot of low-wage temp jobs in his future. He doesn't sound like the type who could handle office work.

No, never heard of it, actually. But I did live through the end of the process I described. (It happened later in my part of the US than in the more progressive ones.)
