Pet dog set ablaze: 'It Was A Ball Of Fire With Legs'

The dog was found Tuesday by a good Samaritan on McDaniel Street in
Atlanta. The Samaritan immediately stopped her car to extinguish the
dog using her own coat.

Investigators said “Chato” was let out to use the rest room and approximately 25 minutes later, the dog was seen about a block from his home on fire.

Who might have done this? Do you think it was a random attack by someone or a group of someones looking for a bit of 'fun', or was it an act of revenge by a person who was pissed off at the dog's owner?

Ugh... just sickening...

I expect it was a random attack. Some people think that sort of thing is a laugh. The same sort of people who push burning newspapers through letterboxes.
