In a truly incompetent entry that shows an absolutely astounding lack of training, and shows the entire SWAT team was a bunch of clowns in tac armor (Christ, they're even fucking listening to music on the goddamn radio), they kick open the door, expose themselves to fire in the dumbest ways possible (they didn't even stack up, and the idiot who opens the door just kind of turns around and walks off), the guy with the ballistic shield never even enters... they just charged in, spotted Guerena at the end of the hallway, and opened fire. That one stupid fucker way in back then suddenly runs in to stick his gun between the faces of two other officers so he can fire some wild "me-too" rounds at 0:45.

There is no excuse for this. Any of it.

Yeah, no. Their position was pretty ironclad at the time despite their incompetence; it's not hard to spin an armed man in his own home as a legitimate target. If they'd allowed him to receive medical attention straight off, this wouldn't have received nearly as much scrutiny as it has.

A. There has been tons of information released about this. I linked to five different articles in the OP, and a two-second Google search would give you at least 20 more. And that was over two months ago. There's probably tons more now, like the Youtube footage which Penguin linked.

B. His pointing the gun at the SWAT team was never a point of debate. That was a given. The man was a former marine for chrissakes, who believed his home was being broken into by criminals, of course he is going to point a gun at them. The issue is how the SWAT team entered and whether they warned, and whether they did their jobs competently. You seem to take it for granted that they did, but all evidence posted here points to the opposite conclusion. If you have new evidence to add that would be one thing, but "herp derp they're in uniform they must be right!" is not going to get very far at all.

C. If you're going to necropost, at least read the fucking thread first. Sounds like you just read the title and decided to spout off this bullshit. The thread's been here for two months, so there's no excuse for this worthless post.
