It looks like set started drawing her from one angle, and then decided to change it, but didn't erase what he'd already drawn.

Either that, or it's an astounding failure of an attempt to convey her getting knocked off her feet and into the air. I would even go so far as to label it failure of the epic variety, if that is the case.

I have a friend who had a breast reduction because the weight of her ubertits was literally destroying her back. I just keep picturing the first thing snapping in two and keeling over, nevermind figuring out how to fuck it.

a) Shatterstar and Rictor have a romantic relationship.
b) Cyclops and Wolverine put on bad wigs to look like their girlfriends and give blowjobs to C-list superheroes in a hot tub.

I hate Rob Liefield and know that he can sink no lower in my estimation... but if he could, he would've here.

I refuse to believe that Liefeld is actually serious any more. Maybe he's just massively trolling the entire comics industry. I could kinda-sorta forgive a writer having an alternate interpretation of characters, but there's "alternate" and then there's "Twilight Zone fever dream." I need a drink.

I suppose that is his vengeance for making Shatterstar gay; he picked two characters he didn't make, and put them in the gayest situation he could imagine.

I'm more concerned about how degrading it is for Cyke and Logan to spend their time partying and giving blowjobs to total losers like that Battlewhatever guy.

Good guess, but the comic in question is from 2003. Back when homosexuality in comics was still decadent and xtreeeeme, I guess. Also apparently this issue was actually written by Mark Millar. I still blame Liefeld for his complicity.

Dial up the squick a notch by taking into account the following...

1. Because Rob Liefeld can only draw about three different people, Battlestone looks a lot like Cable, and the other guy wears a helmet that makes him look like Stryfe's with less razor blades on it. (Both characters were originally designed by Liefeld back when he worked for Marvel)

2. Stryfe is cloned from Cable.

3. Cable is Cyclops' son, and Jean Grey is (basically) Cable's mother.

So you have guys that basically look like Cable getting blow jobs from their Dad while wearing a wig like their Mom's hair.

Enjoy that image in your heads.
