Explain to me how it DOESN'T. This isn't silly bullshit like graffiti or trespassing or possession of small amounts of drugs or some other penny ante misdemeanor. These sociopaths killed someone out of sheer boredom, and prisons are overcrowded. Killing them solves two problems.
