Getting serious now, this is yet another reason why I want parents to be licensed to have kids: vaccination can be part of the licensing conditions. Don't want to vaccinate your kids? You don't get to have kids then.

Yeah I can't possibly imagine how the government having the power to decide who can and can't reproduce could possibly be abused.
