So now corporations can bank on frustrated consumers giving up due to difficult arbitration procedures or because the lawyer's fees will be more than the claim itself. The Supreme Court has apparently been inching favorably toward arbitration and away from class-action over the last couple of years, which doesn't really bode well for consumers.
