As Vanilla-Villa said above, "gallimaufry" is a word used, IIRC, primarily in the UK to indicate a pile of miscellaneous and not necessarily related things. The picture refers to the New Who season 4 episode in which the Doctor and Donna visit Pompeii.
As for her collection of "Gallimaufry" cartoons, they're a bit lazy (she uses the same character in the same pose over and over per copypasta), but I've seen much, much worse. It seems to me like she throws these together in maybe 10 minutes for a regular quick "ba-dum TISH." Looking into the remainder of her gallery, drawing does not seem to be her forte (I mean, this? Anatomy-impaired me can probably draw a more realistic human body), but her digital art and photography is not bad (and there's much more of that; I think she realizes that she does better when she isn't using pencil and paper).
