This article (and many of the others that appeared when this incident occurred) isn't a spoof. However, its source is an article from what I've heard described as "the Brazilian version of the Onion." Also, old news.

It would still, technically, be a survey. With such a small sample size it wouldn't be at all useful, but a survey nonetheless.
