I just had the best idea for a Twilight parody fic

Only instead of a Vampire/Human romance, it's a Zombie/Human romance. Where the lead female (and everyone else) is completely oblivious to the obvious signs that he's a zombie (like Twilight,) and she says "That's how he shows he loves me" when the zombie guy starts chewing on her arm and shit (again, like Twilight)

Great idea, or greatest idea?

Like that hasn't been done before. That exact idea has even been mentioned in the Twilight thread either here or back on the House.

Whether it's good or not is entirely up to you, but if it really entertains you... you should write it without giving a crap what the board thinks. Because naturally, there is always going to be a few people who don't like it. So while I find your idea to be horribly cliched and suited more for Scary Movie 5, it doesn't mean that you shouldn't write it.

And you shouldn't feel upset if someone drags it into New Releases.

Somebody already rewrote it with an alien instead of a vampire. It's brilliant.

That being said, go do what you want, especially if you can pull off a decent parody that will make more than a few people laugh.
