Searching for Badfic to inflict upon y'all, I recalled that there was a Scrubs mpreg awhile back, so I decided to do a search in order to dredge it up, only to discover there's not one, but three mpreg fics, all of them JD/Cox. If you guessed that JD is the pregnant one, you win a no-prize.
Part of the fun with Mpreg is watching them try to explain it, especially if they're in a medical setting like Scrubs. Which is why I am, on the whole, disappointed with these authors. They didn't try to explain beyond "JD gets pregnant after a wild night with Dr. Cox." No magical womb connected to the ass, no nothing.
Anyway, here's the earliest one.

When JD announces he's gay and pregnant, his friends throw him a party with a cake that says "You're here/You're queer/ We're used to it." Now granted he should be having a battery of tests done to find out what the hell's going on and should be freaking out massively, but I still like the party and cake thing because you know the crew have had to have had their doubts about JD's sexuality for quite some time.
Anyway several chapters later, baby is born and it's a girl. Woo...

Not enough to spontaneously combust on the spot--which would be the only sane thing to do--but at least he's not completely going "Aww...Baby..."
